Market overview
One place to compare session activity, scheduled event risk and the hourly plan across all five instruments covered by your workbook.
Wait for a clean, confirmed setup.
The schedule helps organise analysis; it does not predict direction. Use price action, key levels and risk controls before entering.

LIVE CHART CONFIRMATION REQUIREDThis workbook contains scheduled events and session-based activity estimates, but no live prices, D1/H4/M15 trend, current support/resistance, broker spread or price-action confirmation. It would be misleading to rank a market as the best trade without those inputs. Use the comparison below to choose charts to review, then select only a confirmed A+ setup.

When to review each market
Use Pre-market to set levels and check pending orders, news and spread. At Main analysis, share the current chart and review only a confirmed trigger or alert condition. In the Evening review, manage open risk, cancel stale orders and set alerts for the next session.

WORKBOOK CATEGORIES ONLYCounts indicate hours marked High / Very High in the source schedule. They do not rank likely profitability or predict market direction.

Price-action playbook
Use this checklist with the Candlestick Trading Bible reference and your existing market-specific rules.
Top-down analysis sequence
BEFORE ENTRYEstablish higher-timeframe structure
Start with Daily / 4H direction. Identify whether price is trending, ranging or approaching a major level. Do not decide direction from one small candle.
Mark meaningful support and resistance
Mark previous day/week levels, clear swing highs and lows, range boundaries and areas where price was strongly rejected.
Wait for price to reach your area
On 1H / 15M, look for a pullback, rejection, liquidity sweep or break-and-retest at a meaningful level. Avoid chasing an impulsive candle.
Require a candle / structure confirmation
Check pin bars, engulfing bars, inside-bar breaks and false breakouts in context. A candle shape alone is not a trade signal.
Define invalidation before entry
Place the stop where the setup is invalidated, check the actual broker contract size and spread, and skip trades where the achievable reward does not justify the risk.
Check the calendar and session
Confirm whether high-impact news is close. Session activity may increase movement in either direction; it is not directional confirmation.
Candlestick reference
CONTEXT MATTERSPin bar / rejection candle
Look for a prominent wick rejecting a well-defined level, with a close and structure consistent with the intended direction.
Engulfing candle
Check whether the body meaningfully engulfs the prior candle at a level or after a pullback. Avoid treating mid-range signals as equally strong.
Inside bar
Represents compression / indecision. Wait for the break and consider whether price is breaking in line with the higher-timeframe structure.
False breakout
Watch for price to sweep beyond a clear boundary and then close back inside. Wait for the reversal to confirm; do not assume every wick is a liquidity sweep.
Risk calculator
Estimate the allowable risk and position size. Broker contract specifications and the value per price move must be verified for the exact XM symbol.
Trade inputs
EDITABLEDo not use a guessed value-per-move. It can vary by product, contract size, account currency and broker symbol specification.
Calculation
ESTIMATEPre-trade checklist
Your checklist is stored in this browser by selected date and instrument. It resets separately for each combination.
Confirm the setup
What qualifies as confirmation?
Location first
Price is at a meaningful support, resistance, swing, range boundary or planned retest.
Signal second
Clear rejection / candle close / structure shift—not merely a touch or a guess that price must reverse.
Risk third
Stop-loss is placed at invalidation, position size fits the account, and expected reward justifies the risk.
Trade journal
Record planned and completed trades. Entries are stored in your browser until exported; they are not uploaded anywhere.

AI prompt bridge
Create a briefing from the selected market, hourly plan and relevant calendar entries to use in a ChatGPT conversation.
Market briefing prompt
AUTO-FILLEDThe Open ChatGPT button opens ChatGPT in another tab. This local HTML file does not automatically send the prompt or connect to your ChatGPT account. Paste the prompt into the conversation and attach current D1 / H4 / H1 / M15 charts for real price-action analysis.
Best way to ask for analysis
Attach current charts
The embedded workbook has a session plan but no live chart feed, candles, indicators, or current price.
Ask for one preferred setup
Request the clearest confirmed direction, an entry trigger, invalidation, target, reward-to-risk and a time to recheck.
Verify the event calendar
Check official release times and your XM symbol hours before acting. Workbook event timing may need live verification.
Sources & limitations

Session-time references
CHECK VENUE CALENDARCheckpoint times are workflow suggestions anchored to the local cash-session reference for each instrument group. Gold and silver are global OTC markets; their London and US checkpoints are liquidity windows, not a single exchange open. The schedule converts local Europe and US clocks to SAST for the selected date.
Official hours, holidays and daylight-saving references
Nasdaq market hours · Nasdaq 2026 holiday and early-close calendar · Deutsche Börse / Xetra hours and calendar · CME Globex metals and index-futures hours · LBMA London OTC metals market · UK bank holidays · US daylight saving calendar · UK clock changes.
Known 2026 US cash-market holidays and early closes, UK bullion benchmark holidays and Xetra year-end closures are flagged in the schedule. Other holidays and changes can occur. These references do not determine the CFD hours or spreads of your broker; verify the exact symbol before relying on an order or alert.
